This is a private, 10-session program designed to help you start running with structure, support, and a clear plan to follow.
You’ll meet once per week with your coach at a consistent time, with additional runs to complete on your own. Each week builds gradually so you can develop confidence, consistency, and a better understanding of how running should feel.
Your full program is delivered through Notion, where you’ll have your workouts, space to track how things felt, and simple guidance between sessions.
This booking reserves your weekly session time.
