Ladies! It’s time to get our hustle back! Our boot camps are finally here! We are offering a Boot Camp made for ALL fitness levels. This fun program is a great place to start or revamp your fitness journey. We will work on all of your major muscle groups, including your core, giving you a great cardio workout to boot! Because we are runners at heart, you should expect SOME running and sprinting drills at every class. To keep up with social distancing guidelines, our sessions will be limited to 4 people per group. We will be practicing outdoors, and spreading ourselves out so we maintain 6 feet of physical distance. This class has been designed to include modified and intensified versions of movements so no matter what your level of fitness, be prepared to get your sweat on! No equipment needed, just bring your beautiful self! Membership Information This fitness group is a 3 month program from June 23, 2020, to September 20th, 2020. This membership covers you for the entire 3 months! Your 3 Month Membership includes ▪ 3 weekly classes (a total of 36 classes!) ▪ 1 monthly one on one session with your trainer (a total of 3 sessions) Class Times Group 2 will meet in the parking lot of North London Athletic Fields located at 1255 Adelaide St N, London, Ontario during the following days and times ▪ Tuesdays 8 AM to 9 AM ▪ Thursdays 8 AM to 9 AM ▪ Saturdays 8 to 9 AM Monthly 1 on 1’s will be booked as to client/instructor availability. Other Information ▪ All participants are required to sign a Waiver to be able to participate ▪ Any cancelled classes will offer a makeup class TBD at the time of cancellation. We will try to keep this as minimal as possible ▪ Most classes will be rain or shine (pending on severity)
