Our winter group running programs are starting on January 8th, 2025 in London Ontario!
JOIN US FOR 12 WEEKS! We will be meeting 3 days per week (not including our Sunday fun run) for a total of 36 sessions!!!!! Browse our website to learn more about our run groups! We have FOUR running programs available
1. Novice Running Program - for those who are brand new to running, returning to running after injury, or just want to run without the pressure of being super fit
2. Intermediate Running Program - NEW this year - for those who have graduated our novice running program, or for those who are new to running but have some other fitness experience under their belt.
3. Experienced Running Program - for those who are looking for challenging workouts, are training for endurance races, or are simply looking to challenge themselves!!
and 4. Our drop in running passes for those of you who can't commit to one full season! What to expect from our programs:
12 weeks / 3 days per week / 36 lessons
Weekly Social Run from House Craft Burgers
Access to our private Facebook group which posts workouts in advance
Led by certified, experienced fitness instructors who run with you
Small, personable classes allowing for one on one time with instructors
Opportunity to engage with people who have the same goals as you
Classes are designed so no runner is left behind
