Our 10K program starts on September 20th, 2021. We will be running Monday's and Thursday's at 7 to 8:00 PM, and Sunday's from 9 AM to 12 PM+ for 12 weeks. for 12 weeks.

Our 10K program is a great way to continue your fitness journey without the pressure of being super fit.

By the end of this three month program, you will be able to run a 10K without stopping. Your coach will also help you crush any personal goals you may have. Last season, every single one of our Soul Runners were able to complete a 55 minute 10K!

What to Expect

This running group is a 3 month program that starts on September 20th 2021 and ends on December 13th, 2021.

Class times are as follows:
▪ Monday's 7:00 to 8:00 PM
▪Thursday's 7:00 to 8:00 PM
▪ Sunday's 9:00AM to 12:00 PM (Sunday's class is a distance / social run with all club members starting at the same time. You do not have to stay for the entire 3 hours.)

Our class instruction will vary - from fartlek's to hill drills to distance training - we will give you a variety of workouts while staying safe pending on the road conditions.

Remember - we focus on the experience, not the stats. So, if we see Bambi playing in the field, you can bet we are going to stop what we are doing to take pictures!

We will be meeting at 1625 Purser Street for 2 weekly sessions + once a week at North London Athletic Fields for our long runs. This is a total of 36 sessions. Classes may exceed their times by a few minutes, so please be prepared.

Other Information
▪ You should consult your physician or other health care professional before starting this or any other fitness program to determine if it is right for your needs
▪ All participants are required to sign a Waiver to be able to participate
▪ Any cancelled classes will offer a makeup class TBD at the time of cancellation. We will try to keep this as minimal as possible
▪If you can't make it to all 3 days, we will send you instruction of what we covered in class so you can make it up in your own time.
▪ All classes are rain, snow, or shine unless there is a severe storm warning.
▪ It will be very dark during some class times. Head lamps are encouraged. If it is too dark, we will be running on the roads as opposed to the trails. Safety is our number one priority.
