Our 21K program starts on June 1st, 2021. We will be running Wednesday's from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM, Friday's from 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM, and Sunday's from 8 AM to 10 AM for 12 weeks.

Our 21K program is a great way to continue your fitness journey without the pressure of being super fit. This program is perfect for you want to cross a half marathon off of your bucket list! To participate in this program, you must already be able to run 10kms without stopping. All paces are accepted.

By the end of this three month program, you will be able to complete 21kms and feel confident to participate in half marathons. Your coach will also help you crush any personal goals you may have.

What to Expect

This running group is a 3 month program that starts on June 1st 2021 and ends on August 24th, 2021.

Class times are as follows:
▪ Wednesday's 8:00 to 9:00 AM
▪ Friday's 8:30 to 9:30 AM
▪ Sunday's 8:00 to 10:00 AM (class time may be exceeded here up to 30 minutes, so please be prepared.)

Our class instruction will vary - from fartlek's to hill drills to distance training - we will give you a variety of workouts while staying safe pending on the road conditions.

Remember - we focus on the experience, not the stats. So, if we see Bambi playing in the field, you can bet we are going to stop what we are doing to take pictures!

We will be meeting at 1625 Purser Street for 3 weekly sessions for 3 months. This is a total of 36 sessions. Classes may exceed their times by a few minutes, so please be prepared.

▪ You should consult your physician or other health care professional before starting this or any other fitness program to determine if it is right for your needs
▪ All participants are required to sign a Waiver to be able to participate
▪ Any cancelled classes will offer a makeup class TBD at the time of cancellation. We will try to keep this as minimal as possible
▪If you can't make it to all 3 days, we will send you instruction of what we covered in class so you can make it up in your own time.
▪ All classes are rain, snow, or shine unless there is a severe storm warning.

21K Spring & Summer Program
