Gimme More – Advanced Group Running Program
Ready to push your limits? Our Gimme More program is built for runners who want to level up—whether that means getting faster, going longer, or simply training with more purpose.
This group is designed for runners targeting distances between 10K and a full marathon, with focused coaching to help you improve speed, endurance, and overall performance.
Who is this program for?
Runners with experience who are ready to go after bigger goals
Anyone looking to sharpen their pace, train more strategically, or build up to longer distances
Graduates of our Intermediate Program, or those with a consistent base of 5K+ running
Pace & Readiness
To join this group, your 5K race pace should be between 4:40 and 6:00 mins per km.
Not sure about your pace or which group is right for you? Just ask—we’ll help place you where you belong.
What to Expect
Over the 10 weeks, you’ll train with like-minded runners while learning performance-boosting techniques like fartleks, hill repeats, tempo runs, and intervals. Your workouts can be as challenging or as gentle as you need—they’re tailored to push you, not someone else.
You’ll leave this program feeling stronger, more confident, and closer to your distance or time goals—whatever they may be.

How it Works
2–3 days per week of coached workouts designed to improve speed, efficiency, and endurance
1 long run day where you’ll build your personal distance goal at your own pace
All sessions are led by certified, hands-on coaches who bring energy, experience, and encouragement
Between runs, stay connected in our private online community where members share advice, wins, event updates, and support

- 10-week program | 4 days per week | 34 lessons | London, Ontario

Schedule:
Monday's 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM at Edgevalley Park (269 Edgevalley Rd)
Tuesday's: 6:30 PM Track Run at 14405 Medway Rd, Arva
Wednesday's: 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM at Edgevalley Park (269 Edgevalley Rd)
Saturday's: 8:00 AM at North London Athletic Fields
Sunday Social: 1:00 PM at House Craft Burgers, 640 Richmond Street (open to the public)

The Fine Print:
We recommend speaking with your physician before starting any new fitness program.
Can’t make it to every session? Workouts posted online allow you to train on your own schedule.
Classes run in rain, snow, or shine, except during severe weather (e.g. ice, storms, flooding).
Programs are non-transferable between seasons.
