This is a private, step-by-step way to start running with structure, guidance, and one consistent session each week.

Our Private Learn to Run 1:1 coaching is a quieter, more guided way to start running.

 

This is for you if group running feels like too much right now, but you still want structure, support, and a clear plan to follow.

 

 

What this is

 

A 10 week private program designed to help you go from not running (or not consistently running) to feeling confident doing it on your own.

 

We build gradually, focus on how things should feel, and create consistency without burnout.

 

What’s included

 

  • 1 private in-person session per week (45 minutes)

  • 2 additional runs each week to complete on your own

  • A full progression plan

  • Weekly check-ins and adjustments

 

 

How it works

 

You’ll choose one consistent weekly time for your session.

 

After signing up, reply to your confirmation email with your preferred time:

 

  • Tuesday's 10:00 AM

  • Friday's 7:00 AM

  • Friday's 8:00 AM

  • Sunday's 9:00 AM

  • Sunday 's10:00 AM

 

Sessions are assigned first come, first serve. Once your time is confirmed, it becomes your consistent weekly session for the duration of the program.

 

Each week:

 

  • We meet for your coached run

  • You complete your additional workouts on your own

  • You check in with how everything felt

 

Your plan is adjusted as needed so you keep progressing at the right pace.

Your full plan is delivered through Notion so everything stays in one place:

 

  • workouts

  • notes

  • simple guidance between sessions

 

 

Support + structure

 

  • You’ll check in each week with how your runs felt

  • We’ll review and adjust your plan as needed

  • You’ll always have clear direction for the week ahead

 

If something comes up along the way, you can reach out and we’ll help guide you through it.

 

 

Spots

 

This is the first round we’re running this, so we’re keeping it small and spots are limited.

 

If you’ve been thinking about starting but haven’t known where to begin, this is a good place to do that. Choose a time that works for you and we’ll take it from there.

Fine Print
This programs is designed to be completed within a 12-week window. In person sessions take place at a consistent weekly time and can be rescheduled up to two times with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Unused sessions do not carry beyond this time frame.

Session times are consistent, but may occasionally shift due to scheduling or travel. Any changes will be communicated in advance and your session will be rescheduled accordingly.

You don’t need to have it all figured out. You just need a place to begin.
