Our 10K Plus program is a great way for you to continue your running journey, keep up with accountability, or break through any barriers that you may be experiencing. Whether you are looking to crush your first 10K or to finally cross off that marathon from your bucket list, this program will be designed just for you!
This customized program is ideal for helping you crush your goals, no matter what they may be.
Not only will your running coach build a plan specific to your needs, but they will also check in with you bi-weekly to discuss the progress of your training plan. Based on your results and feedback, they will then update and make any changes needed to ensure you are able to successfully meet all your goals.
12 Week Membership Includes
- A virtual consultation to discuss your goals
- A personalized training plan tailored to your needs. Training plans consist of 4 to 5 running sessions per week, for 12 weeks. May include guides to yoga and strength training pending on your needs.
- One 10 - 15 minute bi- weekly virtual chat (for a total of 6 chats) to go over any questions or concerns, and to talk about progress
- Access to your coach 24/7 for support
- Endless support from access to a community of fellow members who have similar health and wellness goals
As this is a program that progresses weekly, it is strongly recommended runners complete all sessions every week.

- All participants are required to fill out a registration package to be able to participate. Plans will not be distributed until forms are submitted.
