Run Steady is designed for runners who already have a foundation and are ready to strengthen their running. Some join to run farther, some want to improve their pace, and others simply enjoy the structure and motivation of running with a consistent group.
Soul Runners is a welcoming running group in London, Ontario offering coached programs for runners who want to build strength, consistency, and confidence in their running.
There’s no pressure to race or perform. We focus on steady progress, helping you build endurance, improve running strength, and feel more confident covering longer distances.

Who is this program for?
This program is a good fit if you:
• Can run 5K continuously
• Typically run around 6:15–6:50 min/km
• Want to build endurance and running strength
• Enjoy running with others at a similar level
• May be working toward a 10K or simply stronger running
Many runners join this program after completing a beginner program, while others simply want the structure and support of a coached running program in London, Ontario.
What to Expect
This program focuses on building a strong running base through a mix of endurance runs, speed work, and strength-focused workouts.
Over the 12 weeks, runners gradually increase their stamina and distance. Many participants move from comfortably running 5K to running 8–12K or more, depending on personal goals.
Some runners use the program to prepare for races, while others simply enjoy the structure and community of training together.
The goal is to help you become a stronger, more confident runner while keeping the experience supportive and enjoyable.
How it Works
You’ll meet three times per week for coached runs with other runners working toward similar goals.
Each session has a slightly different focus to help you build well-rounded strength as a runner.
Monday and Wednesday runs focus on endurance, pacing, and steady progression.
Track Tuesday at Medway High School focuses on speed, pacing, and running progression through structured interval workouts.
Each week also includes an optional Saturday community run focused on building distance. These runs are informal meet-ups and may not always be led by a coach, but you’ll still receive guidance on how to progress your distance each week.
Outside of the runs, you’ll also have access to the Soul Runners community, where members share progress, ask questions, and support each other along the way.
Runs are led by certified coaches who keep things supportive, personal, and fun.
