Welcome to The Start Line. This is where your next season begins. Whether you are learning to run, rebuilding consistency, or returning with experience, our in person winter programs are designed to meet you exactly where you are and help you move forward with clarity and confidence.
 

Train with a team that shows up for each other through every snowy run, every cold morning, and every milestone along the way. Soul Runners is a supportive community where progress matters more than pace and where every runner belongs.
 

Our next twelve week winter programs begin January 12, 2026.
 

Whether you are a beginner or an experienced runner, you will always know what is coming next and you will always have the support of the group beside you. This season is your Start Line and we cannot wait to run it with you.


The Start Line: Virtual Programs

Train with us from anywhere. The Start Line virtual programs give you clear, guided support no matter where you live. Whether you are learning to run for the first time or rebuilding your consistency, these programs help you move forward with confidence and steady progress.

You will have access to structured training plans, Start Line check ins, reflection prompts, and tools that keep you grounded and motivated through every week. This is your beginning and you can do it from home, from the gym, or wherever life takes you.

Sober reset programs

The Start Line Sober Reset Programs offer a self guided structure and supportive framework for runners and sober curious individuals who want to explore alcohol free living with more clarity and intention. These programs blend simple movement, reflection prompts, and weekly focus themes that help you understand your habits, stay present, and make choices that feel aligned with your well-being.
 

You can move at your own pace while still feeling guided, encouraged, and anchored in a clear weekly path. Each section is designed to help you tune in to what you need, strengthen your awareness, and feel steady in your daily life without pressure or overwhelm.
