If running has always felt out of reach, this program gives you the kind of beginning you should have had all along. A beginning that feels safe. A beginning that feels clear. A beginning that finally makes you believe you can do this.
The Start Line Learn to Run program is a twelve week experience that takes you from not running at all to feeling confident, steady, and genuinely proud of your progress. By the end of the twelve weeks, the goal is for you to run a continuous 5K or 30 to 35 minutes without stopping.
You will run three times each week inside a simple, powerful three phase method.
- Phase One helps you start slow so you can build foundation, movement, and momentum.
- Phase Two helps you stay steady so you can build awareness, understanding, and connection.
- Phase Three helps you feel strong so you can experience energy, stability, and real growth.
You will use Start Line check ins and meaningful journaling throughout the program. You can write in your own notebook or download the printable worksheets included. You will also receive a Notion workbook by email after purchase with all twelve weeks, reflection pages, and materials laid out for you.
Each run includes simple post run activities that help your body relax and your mind settle. These moments keep the process grounded and encouraging instead of overwhelming.
