The Race Prep is a virtual, customized training option for runners who are past the beginner stage and want structured, race-focused direction without ongoing 1:1 coaching.

 

This program is built for runners training toward a specific goal who are comfortable following a plan independently.

• Runners preparing for a race or defined training goal

• Runners who want structure, progression, and purpose in their training

 

This is not a beginner program.

 

How the plan is customized

Your training plan is built once at the start based on:

• Current weekly mileage

• Running history and experience

• Schedule and availability

• Race or training focus

 

You will receive a complete 10 to 12 week race prep block designed to progress intentionally and support your goal.

 

What’s included

• One fully customized 10 - 12 week race prep plan

• Weekly structure that includes:

• One long run with distance progression

• One quality session per week rotating between tempo, hills, or controlled intervals

• One secondary steady or progression run when appropriate

• Remaining runs focused on easy aerobic effort

• One mid-block check-in with the option for a one-time adjustment

• Brief race-week guidance

 

Timeline and delivery

• An intake form will be sent immediately upon purchase

• Once the intake form is completed, please allow 5–10 business days for your customized plan to be written and delivered
