You’ll run three times per week with thoughtfully structured distances, gentle progression, and optional strides. Long runs increase gradually, giving your body time to adapt while confidence grows quietly alongside it.
Throughout the program, Start Line check-ins help you reflect on how the work feels, not just what it looks like. You’ll pay attention to effort, breathing, and mindset, learning how to stay steady even as runs get longer.
