Our Learn to Run to 7.5K Virtual Training program is a great way to start your running journey, or to help you get back into the groove of running (for example if you have taken a significant amount of time off.)
This customized program is ideal for helping you crush your Learn to Run, 5K, or 7.5K goals
Not only will your running coach build a plan specific to your needs, but they will also check in with you bi-weekly to discuss the progress of your training plan. Based on your results and feedback, they will then update and make any changes needed to ensure you are able to successfully meet all your goals.
12 Week Membership Includes
- A virtual consultation to discuss your goals
- A personalized training plan tailored to your needs. Training plans consist of 3 sessions per week, for 12 weeks.
- One 10 - 15 minute bi- weekly virtual chat (for a total of 6 chats) to go over any questions or concerns, and to talk about progress
- Access to your coach 24/7 for support
- Endless support from access to a community of fellow members who have similar health and wellness goals
As this is a program that progresses weekly, it is strongly recommended runners complete all 3 sessions per week.
