Private Learn to Run (1:1 Coaching)

Service Description

This is a private, 10-session program designed to help you start running with structure, support, and a clear plan to follow. You’ll meet once per week at a consistent time for your in-person session, with additional runs to complete on your own. Each week builds gradually so you can develop confidence, consistency, and a better understanding of how running should feel. Your full program is delivered through Notion, where you’ll have your workouts, space to track how things felt, and simple guidance between sessions. This booking reserves your weekly session time.


Cancellation Policy

Sessions take place at a consistent weekly time. This is a 10-session program designed to be completed within a 12-week window. Sessions can be rescheduled up to two times with at least 24 hours’ notice. Additional changes may not be accommodated. Unused sessions do not carry beyond the 12-week timeframe. Session times may occasionally shift due to scheduling or travel. Any changes will be communicated in advance and your session will be rescheduled accordingly.
