This isn’t a detox.
It’s not a training cycle for a new PR.
It’s a chance to come back to your running — with more clarity, and a lot less noise.
This is a 4-week reset to help you run, reflect, and rebuild — physically, mentally, and emotionally — with intention.Part of the RR&R Series™, this experience is designed for experienced runners who are exploring life with less alcohol and want to feel more aligned in their training, recovery, and day-to-day rhythm.
Who this is for:
You’ve been running for a while — but lately, it’s felt flat, disconnected, or overly rigid.
You’re training, but you’re not tapped in. You know how to move — but you want it to mean something again.
You’re taking a break from drinking (or considering it), and you want to explore what your body and mind are capable of without it.
The Sober Reset: End of Summer program is for you if:
You can comfortably run 10K or more, but feel like you’re going through the motions.
You want structure — but you also want space to breathe.
You’re looking for a mental and emotional reset, not just physical effort.
You’re craving consistency, honesty, and a stronger sense of self in your training.
What’s included:
A 4-week Run, Reflect, Rebuild plan designed for experienced runners
3 effort-based runs per week — including speed, progression, and recovery days — to rebuild focus and internal rhythm
Weekly journal prompts that connect your physical effort to your mental clarity
Rebuild practices including recovery cues, habit shifts, and new awareness around sleep and hydration
Optional WhatsApp check-in chat to share your wins, questions, or just quietly stay connected
The program starts Monday, August 11th, 2025. You’ll receive a weekly email every Monday morning with your workouts and prompts — no matter how far along you are.
This isn’t a grind. It’s a chance to feel strong again — not just in your legs, but in your choices.
You don’t need to run farther.
You don’t need to quit drinking forever.
You just need to want something more from your miles — and from yourself.
Ready to reset?
Let’s head into fall clear, strong, and steady.
Let this be the reset that reconnects you with the reason you started running in the first place.
