This isn’t a detox.
It’s not about tracking pace or chasing big goals.
It’s about reconnecting with yourself — one step at a time.
This is a 4-week reset to help you run, reflect, and rebuild — physically, mentally, and emotionally — at your own pace.
Part of the RR&R Series™, this experience is designed for runners who are exploring life with less alcohol and want to build back their rhythm, one honest run at a time.
Who this is for:
You’re returning to running — or starting fresh after time away.
You’ve been moving, but not grounded. Maybe drinking isn’t a problem, but it’s not helping either.
You’re looking for a reset — not just in movement, but in mindset and motivation.
The Sober Reset: End of Summer program is for you if:
You’re comfortable with run/walk intervals or light running, but want support building consistency.
You’re taking a break from drinking — or just getting curious about it.
You want structure without pressure, and reflection without judgment.
You’re craving clarity, connection, and something that’s just for you.
What’s included:
A 4-week Run, Reflect, Rebuild plan designed for novice runners
3 run/walk-based workouts per week to rebuild confidence and momentum
Weekly journal prompts to check in with your body, your emotions, and your habits
Light rebuild practices: recovery ideas, habit cues, sleep and hydration check-ins
Optional WhatsApp check-in chat to connect, ask questions, and share the wins (quiet or chatty — you set the tone)
This program begins Monday, August 11th, 2025. You’ll receive your weekly content via email each Monday morning — no matter where you’re at in the plan.
This isn’t about being perfect. It’s about showing up. Some weeks you’ll move more, some less — but the rhythm is yours.
You don’t have to be fast.
You don’t have to be fully sober.
You just have to be willing to try something different.
Ready to reset?
Let’s wrap up summer on your own terms — clear, steady, and strong.
Let this be the reset that carries you into your next season.
