Learn to Run is a beginner-friendly online running program designed to take you from walking to running with confidence.
This 12-week walk-to-run training plan helps new runners build endurance, strength, and consistency at a comfortable pace.
Our Learn to Run program guides you from not running at all to completing a continuous 5K or running for 30–35 minutes without stopping. Each week builds gradually so your body and mind can adapt without feeling overwhelmed.
You will run three times per week using the Soul Runners three-phase method:
Phase One helps you begin gently so you can build a strong foundation and create steady momentum.
Phase Two helps you develop rhythm and consistency while building awareness and confidence in your running.
Phase Three helps you feel stronger and more capable so you can experience real growth and stability as a runner.
Each run includes simple post-run reflection activities that help your body relax and your mind settle. These moments keep the process grounded, encouraging, and sustainable. Throughout the program you will complete Start Line check-ins and optional journaling prompts to track your progress. You can write in your own notebook or use the printable worksheets included in the program.
After registering you will receive access to the full 12-week running plan along with reflection pages, program materials, and the Soul Runners training framework. By the end of the program you will be running farther, feeling stronger, and building the confidence to continue your running journey. This is your start line.
