The Soul Runners Run Steady Program is designed for runners who can already run continuously and want to continue improving their endurance, consistency, and overall running fitness.

Whether you've recently progressed beyond run-walk intervals or have been running for years, this program provides the structure, coaching, and community to help you stay consistent and continue moving forward.

Soul Runners is a welcoming running group in London, Ontario offering coached programs for runners at every stage of their journey. There is no pressure to chase pace or compare yourself to others. The focus is on building a strong aerobic foundation while helping you become a more confident and capable runner.

Who is this program for?
This program is a great fit if you:

  • Can comfortably run continuously
  • Regularly run 5K or more without walk breaks
  • Want to build endurance, consistency, and distance
  • Enjoy workouts such as hills, intervals, and tempo efforts
  • Would like the option of additional volume after workouts


What to Expect
This program focuses on building your aerobic base through a combination of steady runs, intervals, hills, tempo efforts, and endurance-focused training.Every Monday and Wednesday begins with a structured workout designed to improve endurance, efficiency, and overall fitness. These workouts typically run until approximately 7:00 PM. After the workout, runners can head home or stay for additional easy kilometres to build endurance and weekly volume.

In addition to Monday and Wednesday workouts, runners also have access to Track Tuesday, a coached speed session focused on improving endurance, efficiency, and running fitness through structured interval training. Workouts are adaptable to a variety of paces and experience levels.

This flexible structure allows runners with different goals and experience levels to train together. Whether you're looking to maintain consistency, build distance, or prepare for a future race, the program can be adapted to meet you where you are.

How it Works:
You'll meet two to three times per week for coached runs alongside other runners who are building endurance and consistency.

Each week also includes an optional Saturday community run focused on building distance and time on your feet. Saturday runs are informal meet-ups and may not always be led by a coach, but you'll still receive guidance on how to progress each week.

Outside of the runs, you'll have access to the Soul Runners community, where members share progress, ask questions, and support one another along the way.

Runs are led by certified coaches who keep things challenging, supportive, and approachable.
