The first product of our RR&R Series™ , this experience is designed for runners who are exploring life with less alcohol and are ready to reconnect with their strength, rhythm, and truth.

- You want a reset - not just in your training, but in how you feel in your own body and mind.
The Sober Summer Reset program is for you if
- You can comfortably run 5 - 10K (no pace qualifications) but feel disconnected from your rhythm.
- You're taking a break from drinking - or thinking about it.
- You want structure and support, but not a hardcore plan.
- You're craving clarity, consistency, and something just for you.
What's included
- A 4-week Run, Reflect, Rebuild plan designed for intermediate runners.
- 3 effort-based runs (not pace-obsessed) to help rebuild stamina and connection
- Weekly reflection prompts to check in with your body, your mindset, and your motivations
- Rebuild practices: light recovery tools, habit resets, sleep, and hydration cues
- Optional weekly WhatsApp check in chat to stay connected, ask questions, and share wins with others on the same path. Quiet or chatty - you set your tone. Show up when you want to, step back when you need to.
This program starts July 14th, 2025. You'll receive each week's content via email on Sunday mornings, regardless of how far along you are.
