Super quick and easy Bok Choy recipe!
Keto Clean Eating Bok Choy
My partner Dan and I are on two completely different nutrition plans. He is on keto, I am focused on clean eating. Keto has a lot of restrictions so it's been a challenge finding something that works for both of us. This was really simple, quick and freaking tasty! I ate mine as a main dish, Dan ate his as a side :) I always wondered what to do with Bok Choy!
✔️ 600 grams (1 package) of Baby Bok Choy ✔️ 2 tablespoons Olive oil ✔️Garlic salt to your taste ✔️2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Wash the Bok Choy and cut into halves In a frying pan, heat the olive oil and sprinkle in the garlic salt Once heated, drizzle in the soy sauce and place the bok choy face down for a couple of minutes Transfer the pan into the oven (Make sure the handle on your pan is oven safe!) Bake for 10 minutes and serve immediately :)
