Super quick and easy peanut butter "bread" recipe.
Keto Clean Eating Peanut Butter Bread
My partner Dan and I are on two completely different nutrition plans. He is on keto, I am focused on clean eating. Keto has a lot of restrictions so it's been a challenge finding something that works for both of us. This recipe can be modified pending on what you are using it for. The monk sweetener is okay for the Keto diet, and good for you clean eaters who want a sweeter bread. Dan prefers it without the sweetener, and uses it to make meat filled sandwiches.
✔️ 1 cup of all natural peanut butter ✔️ 3 eggs ✔️1/2 tsp baking soda ✔️1 tsp of vinegar ✔️3 packets of Monk sweetener (optional)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place all ingredients in bowl leaving 1 pack of sweetener aside (if you are using) Mix until the batter becomes thick and smooth Pour mixture into a small loaf pan & smooth it out. Sprinkle remaining sweetener on top Bake for 25 minutes or until tooth pick comes out clean Let cool for 5 minutes and then remove from pan
